BEE My Help is seeking a Marketing & Content Strategist eager to revolutionize the service industry for home solutions.
BEE My Help is a platform that simplifies and accelerates the process of finding reliable professionals for every household problem: electricians, plumbers, blacksmiths, painters, carpenters... similar to ordering a pizza, but with drills and wrenches.
In just one month, we've received over 1200 applications from professionals, selected 300 through thorough interviews to ensure reliability and quality for every customer. Now, we want to do the same with someone who can help us promote our brand across Italy.
Who we're looking for
A hybrid strategic and creative figure who can lead and implement end-to-end marketing strategies:
You have an analytical mind but also an aesthetic eye.
You can design an editorial plan and bring it to life using Canva or Figma.
You think in growth terms but can also tell a story through Instagram posts or LinkedIn carousels.
You are not afraid to get your hands dirty; your dream is to see a startup grow (and let everyone know about it).
You will build medium-long term marketing strategies (objectives, KPIs, channels, funnels).
You will define and manage the monthly editorial plan for Instagram, LinkedIn, blog, and newsletter.
You will propose and create graphic content consistent with the brand identity.
You will work closely with the CEO to shape the brand's tone of voice and communication.
You will collaborate with agencies or partners for campaigns such as advertising, SEO, PR, events.
You will bring new ideas to increase brand awareness and convert new users.
Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in strategic and operational marketing, preferably in startups or digital companies.
You have experience in creating and managing content (social media, newsletters, blogs).
You are proficient with graphic tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe).
You are autonomous but also a team player.
You have a results-oriented mindset, focused on testing and continuous improvement.
If you also have experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO, that's a plus.
