Job summary

The Adecco Group in Milano is seeking a Sales and Recruiting professional to lead business development and end-to-end recruitment for qualified candidates in the Permanent Placement service. You will implement proactive outreach, visits, retention actions, and events.

You will manage all recruitment stages from sourcing to client presentation, monitoring onboarding. The role requires a degree in humanities or economics, 2+ years in similar roles, and teamwork oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Laurea in materie umanistiche e/o economiche.
• Almeno 2 anni in posizioni analoghe, preferibilmente in Agenzie per il Lavoro.
• Possesso di Master in Risorse Umane è preferibile.
• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, Internet Explorer e Outlook.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B1).
• Predisposizione al lavoro in team e per obiettivi.
• Capacità di analisi e problem solving.
• Customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Definisce la lista target di aziende e contatta le filiali territoriali.
• Svolge attività di scouting su annunci e concorrenti.
• Offre consulenza ai clienti per soluzioni di ricerca personalizzate e valutazione del personale.
• Monitora ordini e gestione del processo di selezione, dall'annuncio all'onboarding.
• Sviluppa canali di attraction e networking per profili nuovi.
