Opportunità di Lavoro: Compliance Specialist
We are seeking a Compliance Specialist for a leading international group in the manufacturing sector, specializing in machinery and equipment for handling and storing cereals, seeds, and agricultural products. This role is based in Villafranca Padovana (PD) and offers a hybrid work mode with a minimum of 2-3 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Development of Compliance Program: Design, implement, and monitor corporate compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Policy Drafting and Review: Develop and update internal policies aligned with legal standards and industry best practices.
- FCPA Compliance: Conduct audits, assessments, and risk evaluations to prevent corruption and bribery risks, ensuring compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to anti-corruption, data protection, and financial regulations.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver compliance training programs to foster an ethical corporate culture.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Internal Investigations: Conduct investigations into compliance violations, collaborating with internal teams and external regulators as needed.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and communications with regulatory authorities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with legal, finance, and HR teams to integrate compliance into business operations.
Qualifications
- Law degree and qualified lawyer in Italy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate compliance, legal consulting, or regulatory affairs, preferably with international exposure.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Strong knowledge of FCPA, anti-corruption laws, corporate governance, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of integrity and ethics.
