Job Opportunity: Environmental, Safety, and Health Consultant

Adecco Italia S.p.A, in collaboration with an important client operating in the engineering consulting sector, is looking for a candidate to join their team.

The resource, working alongside colleagues and particularly with the RSPP, will handle various activities typical of health, safety, and environmental areas within a company specializing in management consulting related to environmental and safety issues at work.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the identification and risk assessment processes in safety and environmental areas.
2. Participate in the analysis of non-conformities, injuries, incidents, and reports related to environment and safety.
3. Identify, propose, define, and monitor preventive and protective measures and actions to improve health and safety in the workplace.
4. Participate in internal audits to verify system compliance and monitor the implementation of safety measures.
5. Propose, collect data, analyze, and monitor indicators related to Health, Safety, and Environment.
6. Provide technical consultancy on health, safety, and environmental topics.
7. Contribute to training, information dissemination, and fostering a safety and environmental culture within the company.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace, or equivalent qualifications.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Good knowledge of regulations related to the Consolidated Law on Health and Safety (D.Lgs 81/2008) and the Environment (D.Lgs 152/2006).
4. Possession of training certificates (Modules A and B) for ASPP.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Availability for short regional and national travel.
7. Strong communication skills, initiative, autonomy, and motivation.
