Descrizione del lavoro

Emmess Srl – Executive Consulting is operating in the fields of Organizational and Management Consulting, as well as the implementation of Management and Certification Systems. We also provide support in quality, privacy (GDPR), health and safety (D.Lgs n. 81/08), environment (D.Lgs. n. 152/2006), training, and food safety (HACCP). Our consultants take on roles such as RSPP, DPO, and management of complex organizational units, with extensive experience in Certification Bodies, multinational companies, and regulatory authorities. They are also members of the Bodies under D.Lgs n. 231/01, drafting organizational models.

To develop our technical team supporting client companies, we are seeking bright graduates in Food Science and Technologies (or equivalent) with a background related to quality and food safety. After a training period, successful candidates will join the technical team at our Milan office, supporting clients (operating nationally and internationally) in implementing and managing common management systems for the food sector (BRC, IFS, FSC, ISO 22000), including integrated systems.

  • Degree in Food Science and Technologies (or equivalent);
  • Master's in management systems for the food sector;
  • At least three years of documented and referenced experience in management systems;

Knowledge of the English language is required.

Preferred qualifications:

Registration with the Food Technologists Register

Previous experience in the food industry or consulting firms (at least five years);

Strong communication skills;

Cell phone ownership;

Proposed employment contract:

Permanent contract with salary commensurate with experience.
