  • All HelmsBriscoe Associates are independent professionals (LAVORO INDIPENDENTE CON PARTITA IVA) and are compensated exclusively by commissions (NO SALARY; earnings based on commissions paid by venues and shared with HelmsBriscoe)

BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

You will be the main point of contact for your clients, sourcing the best hotel and event locations for meetings, conferences, or incentives.

As Meetings & Events Consultant (HelmsBriscoe Associate), you will:

  • Build and develop your own client portfolio (no pre-assigned client list)
  • Select and present suitable venues to clients
  • Support clients in decision making and negotiate rates and conditions
  • Review contracts with venues on behalf of clients
  • Recommend partners such as DMCs, event management companies, AV suppliers, and others
  • Be based in Italy

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Background in hotel sales, agency work, or event/conference planning
  • Experience in sales, hotel contract negotiations, and administrative tasks
