Do you want to work in an international environment and assist Indian couples towards their dream wedding in Italy?

Do you have perfect English to handle sales negotiations with foreign clients who want to celebrate in Italy? Best Indian Weddings Italy, a leader in destination weddings for Indian-origin couples from England, the United States, and Canada, is looking for a Sales Consultant.

Requirements include fluency in English, being young, motivated, with relational skills and a desire for professional growth. We seek a positive, dynamic, ambitious person with an international attitude and no prejudices towards foreign clients, especially Indian clients. Sales aptitude, even without specific experience, willingness to learn, good communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving ability are essential. Curiosity and openness to learning and discovering new things are valued.

Fluent English (reading, writing, and conversation) is necessary to manage online sales negotiations, mainly via videocalls. Native speaker or fluent knowledge of Italian is required for training purposes.

Ability to work towards goals, organize work independently with a strong results orientation, and flexibility in working hours are important. The role involves managing appointments via videocall with clients.

We offer an entry in a leading Wedding Planning agency specializing in Indian weddings in Italy. Compensation includes a fixed part plus variable bonuses linked to results. The position is entirely remote: contacts are managed online via email and WhatsApp, with appointments via Zoom videocalls. Immediate availability is preferred, with an initial 60-day training period. Complete training in Italian on sales protocols and the world of destination weddings will be provided.
