Sarà responsabile di fornire consulenza, gestire le vendite e mantenere relazioni positive con i clienti. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Consultant for our Flagship Store, which offers premium audio and video products.

Key Functions:

• Consulting clients on products, including technical advice, and assisting with product selection based on corporate standards.
• Fulfilling personal sales plans by income and product groups.
• Handling client inquiries regarding warranties, repairs, deliveries, and company policies.
• Processing incoming calls and outgoing communications with customers.
• Selling old stock, focus products, and services.
• Informing customers about promotions and activities.
• Registering sales, refunds, invoices, etc.
• Operating the cash register and maintaining cash discipline.
• Ensuring the safety of goods and store equipment.
• Adhering to merchandising rules within the store.
• Completing training programs as per the approved schedule.
• Performing other relevant tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Knowledge of IT products, home appliances, and audio/video systems.
• Relevant experience in similar sales roles.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
