We are seeking a Commercial Consultant for Human Resources in full remote mode. Our company, a Human Resources Consulting firm, specializes in Personnel Research and Selection, Personnel Management, Training, and Coaching.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Mapping leads;
  • Acquiring new potential customers;
  • Developing leads;
  • Customer loyalty.
  • Mail marketing;

Additionally, the candidate will:

  • Presents recruitment services;
  • Lead generation activities;
  • Targeted calls to potential customers;
  • Video calls in support of the Team Leader;
  • Negotiations;
  • Interface with colleagues: Recruiters and Commercial Consultants of other divisions.
  • KPIs related to sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in: Work Psychology, Letters, Languages, Economics or equivalent qualification;
  • Previous experience in a similar role for at least one year, preferably from the sector: Employment agencies, Head Hunting companies.
  • Previous experience in selling recruitment or training and coaching services is a plus;
  • Proven client portfolio is a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of: LinkedIn and major social networks: Facebook and Instagram;
  • Familiarity with Mail Marketing is a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package, particularly: Excel;
  • Good digital skills and basic knowledge of graphics (Adobe, Canva);
  • Good knowledge of: Salesforce or similar CRM.
