La Risorsa Umana.it srl cerca un Consulente Commerciale specializzato in Formazione Aziendale per la zona di Milano. Il candidato sarà responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale, della gestione delle relazioni con i clienti e dell'analisi dei loro bisogni. È richiesta la registrazione IVA e una laurea, oltre a forti abilità organizzative e relazionali. Lavoro a tempo pieno.

Competenze

• Registrazione IVA o disponibilità ad aprirne una.
• Esperienza in aziende di consulenza nel settore formazione/human resources preferita.
• Capacità di autogestirsi e lavorare per obiettivi.

Consulente Commerciale Formazione Aziendale Milano, Milan

Location: Milan, Italy

Form-App, an accredited organization for personnel training across Italy, is seeking a Commercial Consultant in the field of Corporate Training for the Milan area, to establish a collaboration on a VAT basis.

The selected candidate, reporting to the Area Manager, will be responsible for business development, maintaining client relationships, and consolidating company business.

Responsibilities include managing the assigned territory, developing an incentive system to motivate goal achievement, providing tailored consulting in corporate training and advisory services, analyzing client needs, managing requests, and achieving set KPIs.

Requirements:

• VAT registration or willingness to open one
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Preferably experience in consulting firms supporting commercial projects in training/human resources
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Precision and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn
• Availability for full-time work
• Good interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, self-management, flexibility, dynamism, and initiative
