Form-App, an accredited organization for personnel training across Italy, is seeking a Commercial Consultant in the field of Corporate Training for the Cuneo area, to establish a collaboration on a VAT basis.

The selected candidate will report to the Area Manager and will be responsible for business development, maintaining client relationships, and consolidating the company's business.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the assigned territory;
2. Implementing an incentive system to motivate goal achievement;
3. Providing tailored consulting in corporate training and consulting;
4. Analyzing client needs and managing related requests;
5. Developing and achieving set objectives and KPIs.

Requirements:

• VAT registration or willingness to open one;
• Bachelor's degree;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Preferably experience in consulting firms supporting commercial projects in training/Human Resources;
• Strong organizational and planning skills;
• Precision and problem-solving abilities;
• Willingness to learn;
• Availability for full-time work;
• Good interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, self-management, flexibility, dynamism, and initiative.
