Adecco Italia cerca un Consulente Crediti Commerciali per la rete di agenti Findomestic. Questo ruolo è responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita per vari prodotti bancari e richiede un forte atteggiamento commerciale insieme a competenze interpersonali eccellenti. L'inizio è previsto per il 1° luglio 2025.

Competenze

• Preferibile esperienza in ruoli commerciali o di vendita.
• I neolaureati o i diplomati con forte attitudine commerciale sono considerati.

Company: Adecco Italia Spa, divisione Financial Services, is seeking Commercial Credit Consultants for the Findomestic agent network.

Requisiti

• Experience in sales or commercial roles is preferred.
• Fresh graduates or diploma holders with strong commercial aptitude are also considered.
• Diploma or degree in economics, marketing, communication, or legal studies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer management abilities.
• Certification OAM and IVASS is a preferred requirement.

Responsabilità

The Commercial Agency Consultant is responsible for achieving sales targets set by the Principal Company across all banking products. Key activities include:

• Initial contact development with new clients to understand their needs and monitor satisfaction levels.
• Developing commercial contacts and client relationships.
• Customer loyalty and retention.
• Managing and developing marketing initiatives.
• Collaborating with other agencies in the territory.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong commercial attitude: listening and negotiation skills, even in highly competitive contexts.
• Proactivity, result orientation, leadership, adaptability, teamwork, and self-motivation.

Caratteristiche della Posizione

• Full-time, 40 hours/week.
• Level: CCNL Commerce.
• Location: Portogruaro.
• Start date: 01/07/2025.
