Job Description
Adecco Italia Spa, divisione Financial Services, is recruiting for the Findomestic Agent network, specifically for the role of Credit Commercial Consultant.
Requirements
- Preferably experience in sales or commercial roles
- Candidates with a degree or diploma in economics, marketing, communication, or legal studies are also considered, especially if they have a strong commercial attitude
- High interpersonal skills and customer management abilities
- Having OAM and IVASS certifications is a preferred requirement
Responsibilities
The Commercial Agency Consultant will need to achieve sales targets set by the parent company across all banking products. Key activities include:
- Developing initial contact with new clients to understand their needs and monitor satisfaction levels
- Developing commercial contacts
- Client retention and loyalty development
- Implementing marketing actions
- Collaborating with other agencies in the territory
