Job Description

Adecco Italia Spa, divisione Financial Services, is recruiting for the Findomestic Agent network, specifically for the role of Credit Commercial Consultant.

Requirements

• Preferably experience in sales or commercial roles
• Candidates with a degree or diploma in economics, marketing, communication, or legal studies are also considered, especially if they have a strong commercial attitude
• High interpersonal skills and customer management abilities
• Having OAM and IVASS certifications is a preferred requirement

Responsibilities

The Commercial Agency Consultant will need to achieve sales targets set by the parent company across all banking products. Key activities include:

• Developing initial contact with new clients to understand their needs and monitor satisfaction levels
• Developing commercial contacts
• Client retention and loyalty development
• Implementing marketing actions
• Collaborating with other agencies in the territory
