Job Description for Consulente Applicativo

Company: Grafton ICT, a specialization of Gi Group

We focus on enhancing skills and potential in areas such as AI, Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud, ERP & CRM, Systems and Infrastructure, IMAC, and Development.

Our client is a consulting company with a dedicated Business Unit for designing, innovating, and implementing complex software solutions and infrastructures in IBM environments. They serve medium to high-end companies, including clients in the GDO sector with revenues from 100 to 500 million euros.

Position: Applicative Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Gathering requirements
• Functional analysis
• Supporting clients in installation, configuration, and maintenance of implemented solutions
• Collaborating with various company departments

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Experience with MES systems
• Knowledge of production and logistics processes
• At least 4-5 years as a functional analyst/applicative consultant or similar role in medium-sized environments
• Proactive approach
• Teamwork skills

Work hours: Full time

Contract offer: Permanent contract with direct hiring, hybrid work policy, and corporate welfare

Location: Milan, hybrid mode with client visits
