Job Title: Consulente alle Vendite Settore Automotive

Location: Pieve di Cento (BO)

Contract: Direct employment or collaboration with P.IVA, depending on profile

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday

Workplace: On-site only, no smart working

Role

Complete management of the sales process, ensuring a clear, personalized, and satisfying purchase experience for the customer.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming, managing, and consulting customers throughout the sales process
  • Analyzing customer needs and proposing tailored solutions
  • Presenting and promoting available vehicles (new, km 0, selected used)
  • Managing negotiations and related services (financing, warranties, trade-ins)
  • Collaborating actively with the team to achieve shared goals
Requirements
  • Strong motivation and aptitude for customer relations
  • No automotive sector experience required; we consider profiles from other commercial or consulting backgrounds
  • Excellent communication, relational, and listening skills
  • Result-oriented and goal-driven
  • Accuracy, reliability, and a consultative approach
  • Good familiarity with digital tools
  • Availability for full-time work from Monday to Saturday, on-site
