Job Description:

We are Tecnimont SpA, an EPC contractor of the Maire Tecnimont Group, a leader in Engineering & Construction, Technology & Licensing, and Energy Business Development. Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the Group is among the top-ranking global engineering contractors.

The Construction System Implementation Engineer supports the definition, implementation, and deployment of methodologies and systems for construction management. Reports to the Construction Methodologies & Systems Group Leader. The position is based on a Home Office setup.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:
  1. Assist colleagues with construction systems usage and serve as the focal point for training activities both remotely and at sites.
  2. Analyze and support interface management between construction systems and other company systems (e.g., Marian, Group ERP, MileMate!).
  3. Support Site Managers during site implementation and training of deployed systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
  • Willingness to undertake periodic international missions.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work technically and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Capable of managing complex scenarios and quick changes.
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated, and performance-oriented.
  • Proficiency with information technology tools.
  • Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus.

Candidates with significant relevant experience will be considered for this position, which involves periodic site visits abroad as per project requirements.
