We are currently seeking a Construction System Engineer, reporting directly to the Construction System Manager (Program Manager), to join our CMC Construction Method Center team based in Rome, Italy.

About the mission we offer you:

After extensive knowledge acquisition on EasyPlant Suite functionalities, the resource will participate in the Construction Digital Factory project.

As a member of an Agile Team, the role involves:

  • Initially engaging in testing new/enhanced features, writing and executing structured test plans, and collaborating with the team to debug and ensure robustness.
  • Progressing to the Product Owner role, managing the Team Backlog for application development, deployment, and usage across TEN projects.

This process follows Agile methodology within a TEN Global Governance framework.

The main duties include:

  • Analyzing requirements and contributing to defining new or modified work processes.
  • Producing detailed functional specifications aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborating with the agile team to detail and plan user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Participating in backlog refinement and program planning meetings.
  • Providing clarifications to assist the team in story estimation and sequencing.
  • Conducting user acceptance tests and supporting feature deployment.
  • Promoting new solutions through demonstrations and communication using design tools.

These competencies prepare the candidate for eventual engagement as EasyPlant Coordinator on construction sites, managing setup, deployment, and operation of the EasyPlant suite:

  • Preparing setup data with quality control, interacting with engineering, planning, and construction teams.
  • Maintaining project databases, including operational data from site operators.
  • Ensuring site activities reporting is accurate and shared appropriately.
  • Providing training and support to site users.

At the site, the role reports to the Site Manager and involves interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including project teams, engineering departments, CMC, site supervision, and subcontractors.

Starting Date: May/June 2025
