Scientia SRL is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage operational and technical aspects of construction sites in Forlì. You will support the technical department and site manager in work execution, material supervision and quality assurance.

Responsibilities include supervising site work, enforcing plans and specs, verifying material quality, coordinating with the technical office on changes, managing subcontractors, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Formación

• Technical diploma (surveyor, building surveyor) or three-year degree in Civil Engineering.
• Direct experience on construction sites, with good knowledge of building practices and construction processes.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and construction site management.

Responsabilidades

• Supervision of the proper execution of construction site work, ensuring compliance with plans and technical specifications.
• Verification of the quality of materials and construction workmanship, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Collaboration with the technical office to resolve operational issues and manage changes during construction.
• Management of relationships with companies and subcontractors involved in the project.
• Monitoring construction site safety and regulations, ensuring that required standards are met.
