A leading company is seeking a Senior / Project Manager for Data Center projects in Cagliari. This role involves managing large-scale construction, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Ideal candidates will have relevant project management experience, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to their work.

• Project management experience, preferably in data center construction.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience is recommended.

As a Senior / Project Manager (Data Center) at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared achievement. In this role, you will:

• Manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and high quality standards.
• Oversee daily field activities, manage information flow, and report issues related to progress, quality, and safety.
• Assist in completing handover plans, ensuring documentation and expectations are met punctually and with quality.
• Lead onsite, assess progress, and uphold safe work practices.
• Coordinate snagging activities with clients, consultants, and contractors, including scheduling and engagement.
• Proactively identify issues and work with the team to resolve them effectively.
• Implement and monitor project processes, collaborating with clients for improvements.
• Ensure adherence to project procedures and observe standards diligently.
• Lead and participate in key meetings to monitor progress, solve problems collaboratively, and communicate impacts.
• Review proposed variations and delays.

• Have project management experience, preferably in data center construction.
• Possess a degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction.
• Have or are pursuing a project management professional certification (we can assist).
• Are detail-oriented and focused on quality.
• Are an excellent communicator in English and Japanese, both verbally and in writing.
• Excel in collaborative, friendly team environments.
• Build strong relationships with teams and clients through openness and shared purpose.
