Construction Project Buyer

Join our European Procurement team to develop our general contractor positioning. Working on international turnkey projects, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting project teams in applying purchasing procedures and policies;
2. Identifying and qualifying partners for our projects (works companies, technical equipment suppliers, etc.);
3. Managing consultations for all project packages in collaboration with project and technical teams;
4. Negotiating contractual conditions with partners alongside our legal department;
5. Leading commercial negotiations of partner offers after analysis (benchmarking, price breakdown, etc.);
6. Supporting our multi-country technical and purchasing teams by finding partners, conducting factory audits, monitoring production, and overseeing end-of-production tests.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Purchasing and significant experience in a similar role within a construction company (General Contractor, CSA, HVAC, or Electrical), managing a purchasing scope of approximately €50 million. Being a self-starter with a strong sense of relationship and responsibility is essential. Recognized for excellent communication skills, rigor, negotiation abilities, and strong analytical skills, especially in an intercultural environment.

Proficiency in North Italy's economy, fluency in Italian, English, and ideally French, are required.
