Construction Mechanical Superintendent - Rotating/Static, Lodi

We are seeking a Construction Mechanical Superintendent for major projects, reporting to the Construction Manager. The role involves coordinating Mechanical Construction activities, managing Mechanical Subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and safety standards.

Position Details

Location: Lodi

Travel: Must be available to travel abroad

EU Work Permit Required: Yes

Responsibilities
  • Manage installation of Mechanical, Piping, Insulation, Electrical, and Instrumentation equipment.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance in terms of schedule, quality, and cost; coordinate recovery actions as needed.
  • Supervise surveying, inspection, and testing of structures.
  • Approve and control Method Statements submitted by subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Participate in HSE activities and ensure implementation of safety procedures.
Qualifications
  • University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.
Experience
  • Relevant experience in industrial sector EPC projects, including static equipment erection, tanks, API650, HVAC, and cooling towers.
  • Minimum 3 years in the specific discipline.
  • Experience working on contractor side and in similar roles on large projects.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent IT, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on timely performance and problem-solving.
