Our Center of Excellence "Implementation" is looking for a:

Responsibilities:

1. Initiates, coordinates, and controls all construction activities within the project to ensure in-time, in-budget, and in-quality project execution for his function.
2. Communicates cross-functionally and provides all relevant information to the project core team, especially to the Project Manager and Project Supply Chain Manager, the Engineering Manager, and the Project Scheduler.
3. Acts as the specialist contact with responsibility for processing the construction work package during order execution for the site team.
4. Serves as the central project-related point of contact for the construction phase.
5. Is the contact person for optimizing and coordinating all matters relating to the construction work package in consultation with the General Commissioning Manager.
6. Monitors compliance of contractors with the HSE plan and escalates to the Project Manager in the event of significant non-conformity; sets out the arrangements for HSE and ensures that all requisite measures are implemented for site operation.
7. Is responsible for the full and proper preparation of the construction work package.
8. Ensures compliance with all legal and customer requirements in the planning and execution phase of a project, focusing on safe construction site operation and considering all relevant environmental aspects.
9. Provides leadership to coordinate, manage, and control all construction activities.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 3-5 years of professional experience in Site Management activities in the construction of steel processing plants.
2. Knowledge in site erection and commissioning activities management preferred for steel plants.
3. Very good written and spoken English.
4. Ability to work in a team and flexibility.
5. Willingness to travel worldwide.
6. Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
7. Open-mindedness towards new approaches and innovations.
8. Confident handling of MS Office tools.
