We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our M Renewables team in Italy for the construction of utility-scale solar projects in locations in Italy.

Your role will encompass:

• Studying project SOW including engineering drawings, BOM, material purchase orders, and subcontract requisitions.
• Reporting project progress to the Project Manager.
• Overseeing, with the help of site engineers, subcontractors' installation works.
• Reporting daily about the material received onsite.
• Liaising, in collaboration with Procurement and Logistics departments, with suppliers to arrange the material deliveries.
• Monitoring compliance with Metlen Energy & Metals technical requirements and all applicable norms and standards.
• Managing the site facilities from a technical and administrative point of view, including renting offices, providing necessary utilities (water, electricity, internet), and organizing cleaning activities with local suppliers.
• Liaising with DL and CSE where necessary.
• Being nominated as safety responsible of the site (“preposto alla sicurezza”).

What you bring to the role:

• Minimum 5 years working experience as site manager within construction.
• University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Civil Engineering is a plus.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD.
• Leadership and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English.
