Job Description

Position: Construction Manager

Date: 09/06/2025

We seek a Site Manager for our M Renewables team in Italy, overseeing the construction of utility-scale solar projects.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Studying project scope, including engineering drawings, BOM, material purchase orders, and subcontract requisitions.
2. Reporting project progress to the Project Manager.
3. Supervising installation works with site engineers and subcontractors.
4. Reporting daily on material received onsite.
5. Coordinating with Procurement and Logistics for material deliveries.
6. Ensuring compliance with technical requirements and standards.
7. Managing site facilities and utilities, organizing cleaning services.
8. Collaborating with DL and CSE as needed.
9. Serving as the safety responsible for the site.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a site manager in construction.
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Leadership and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
