Job Description
We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our M Renewables team in Italy for the construction of utility-scale solar projects in locations in Italy.

Your role will encompass:

1. Studies deeply project SOW including engineering drawings, BOM, material purchase orders and subcontract requisitions.
2. Reports project progress to the Project Manager.
3. Oversees, with the help of site engineers, subcontractors' installation works.
4. Reports daily about the material received onsite.
5. Liaise, in collaboration with Procurement and Logistics departments, with suppliers to arrange the material deliveries.
6. Monitors compliance with Metlen Energy & Metals technical requirements and all the applicable norms and standards.
7. Manage the site facilities from a technical and administrative point of view. Rent offices, provide the necessary utilities (water, electricity, internet), organize cleaning activities stipulating contract with local suppliers.
8. Liaise with DL and CSE where necessary.
9. Be nominated as safety responsible of the site ('preposto alla sicurezza').

What you bring to the role:

1. Minimum 5 years working experience as site manager within construction.
2. University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Civil Engineering is a plus.
3. Excellent use of Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD.
4. Leadership and negotiation skills.
5. Attention to details.
6. Willingness to relocate.
7. Fluent knowledge of Italian and English.
