Now Hiring: Construction Leadman / Foreman
Hourly Rate: $23-$40 (Based on Experience)
Location: Travel may be required

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Leadman/Foreman to join our construction team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who leads by example, motivates their crew, and has a strong foundation in general construction. Concrete forming or pipe laying experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist crews in the completion of daily construction tasks

• Motivate team members to maintain productivity and safety on site

• Perform general labor including material unloading, site preparation, and cleanup

• Use hand tools for tasks such as digging, trenching, and exposing utilities

• Measure and cut various building materials accurately

• Support skilled tradespeople with ongoing tasks

• Adhere to all company safety procedures and policies

• Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making in the field

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)

• Proficient in general construction; concrete forming or pipe laying experience is a plus

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk or stand for 6–12 hours a day

• Willing and able to work in all weather conditions and climates

• Capable of working out of town when necessary

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills

Compensation:

• $23/hour and up, depending on experience
