A leading company in Engineering & Construction is seeking an HSE Manager for major projects. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant engineering field and experience in construction safety. Responsibilities include monitoring HSE compliance, coordinating training, and ensuring safety regulations are upheld on-site. This role involves managing HSE documentation, inspections, and accident investigations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

Availability to work abroad during construction projects is a mandatory requirement.
The HSE Manager is appointed for major projects, especially in cases of Consortium or ATI. The Manager reports to the Site Manager and is responsible for:
Monitoring and updating Site HSE Statistics, assessing performance against project and corporate HSE objectives, targets, and indicators, and proposing recovery plans if needed.
Your skills are:
The ideal candidate must possess an undergraduate degree in Construction Management or a relevant Engineering discipline.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Construction, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical industries involving heavy construction, including mechanical, electrical, and piping installations.
Knowledge of OSHA construction regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.
A client-focused approach is essential.
