A leading Engineering & Construction company seeks an HSE Manager for major projects. This role demands a proactive individual with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas sector. Responsibilities include implementing HSE policies, conducting safety audits, and leading training initiatives. It's essential to hold a degree in Construction Management or relevant Engineering disciplines, alongside strong communication skills.

The HSE Manager is appointed for major projects and in cases of Consortium or ATI. The Manager reports to the Site Manager and is responsible for:
Additionally, the HSE Manager will prepare and update Site HSE Statistics, verify performance against project and corporate HSE objectives, targets, and indicators, and propose recovery plans if needed.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate must hold an undergraduate degree in Construction Management or a relevant Engineering discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in construction, particularly in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries involving heavy construction sites with mechanical, electrical, and piping installation.
Knowledge of OSHA construction regulations and lockout/tagout requirements.
Client-focused approach and strong communication skills.
