Posizione

We are seeking a Consolidated Financial Statement Specialist to join our dynamic finance team.

Your key responsibilities
  1. Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS / IAS standards.
  2. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  3. Participate actively in quarterly, half-year, and annual Group consolidation processes, including intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, adjustments, journal entries, checks, and analysis.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial information.
  5. Prepare and record monthly consolidation entries.
  6. Assist in the preparation of management reports and notes for half-year and annual consolidated financial statements.
  7. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
  8. Support mid-year and year-end audits, liaising with external auditors.
  9. Implement and improve controls for consolidated figures.
  10. Interact with and guide affiliates during monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly closings, supporting group reporting and addressing special requests from departments.
Requisiti
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience, preferably within a Big Four firm (Audit) or in a multinational group’s consolidated financial department.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS / IAS standards and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
