• You are proficient with tools related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

Specific domain knowledge as defined by the Configuration Management Head of Discipline or Talent Acquisition.

Life as a Hardware Configuration Management Role at Thales:

• Coordinate all configuration management activities within projects, collaborating with stakeholders like Hardware Managers and Solution CM.
• Establish and implement the Configuration Management Plan.
• Specify requirements to subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring proper implementation and compliance.
• Participate in selecting configuration items and establishing breakdown structures.
• Manage identification activities, including CI selection and baseline needs.
• Handle corrections and evolutions, lead commissions (TEB/CCB).
• Establish configuration baselines and ensure status recording and restitution.
• Perform configuration verifications and participate in review phases.
• Share best practices and raise awareness about configuration management.
