Job Description:

A Conference and Events Sales agent supports the sales administration needs for hotel events and works closely with customers to determine their needs and build repeat and expanded business.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maximize rooms, groups, conference, and events revenue through reactive selling and commercial management techniques.
  2. Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales.
  3. Handle all customer inquiries professionally, demonstrating high standards of customer service.
  4. Convert and confirm existing opportunities to increase sales and conversions.
  5. Implement up-selling strategies consistently.
  6. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.
  7. Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds.
Qualifications:
