Job Description:

A Conference and Events Sales agent will support the sales administration needs for hotel events and work closely with customers to determine their needs and build repeat and expanded business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maximize rooms, groups, conference, and events revenue through reactive selling and commercial management techniques
  • Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales
  • Handle all customer inquiries with professionalism and high standards of customer service
  • Increase sales and conversions by converting and confirming existing opportunities
  • Apply a consistent up-selling approach
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs
  • Arrange and carry out hotel show rounds
Qualifications:
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
