Job Description:

A Conference and Events Sales agent will support the sales administration needs for hotel events and work closely with customers to determine their needs and build repeat and expanded business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maximize rooms, groups, conference, and events revenue through reactive selling and commercial management techniques
  • Convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales
  • Handle all customer enquiries professionally and provide high standards of customer service
  • Convert and confirm opportunities to increase sales and conversions
  • Implement up-selling strategies
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs
  • Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds

Qualifications:

  • Good organizational and administrative skills

Experience in the Conference and Events function is advantageous.
