A Conference and Events Sales Agent will support the sales administration needs for hotel events and work closely with customers to determine their needs and build repeat and expanded business.

What will I be doing?

As a Conference and Events Sales Agent, you will:

  • Support sales administration needs for hotel events
  • Work closely with customers to determine their needs
  • Build repeat and expanded business
  • Work with the Sales team on strategy and promotional activities
  • Maximize revenue through reactive selling and management techniques
  • Convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide high customer service standards
  • Increase sales and conversions by converting opportunities
  • Focus on up-selling approaches
  • Build strong customer relationships to understand their needs
  • Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds
