We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Condition Based Maintenance Engineer. In this role, you will assist with risk assessments for maintenance intervals, update parts life rules, conduct field inspections, monitor maintenance events, support New Product Development initiatives, and help develop predictive models.

As a Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in risk assessments for maintenance intervals and suggesting mitigation actions
• Supporting the updating of parts' life rules within ATA standards and transferring them to the business
• Participating in field inspections, identifying defects, and refining life models
• Monitoring maintenance events to analyze fleet performance
• Supporting the transfer of service requirements for new products, reporting field experiences, and aiding productivity projects
• Contributing to the development of empirical and analytical models for outage exposure prediction and parts fallout rates

To be successful, you should:

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or a related field
• Have basic knowledge of statistical modeling
• Possess some knowledge of gas turbine design, operability, and reliability methodologies
• Have basic proficiency in programming languages to collaborate with digital teams
• Demonstrate excellent technical aptitude and a desire to learn repair techniques and gas turbine operations
