Sanoma Learning seeks a versatile professional to collaborate on content creation, design research, and brand strategy for digital and print learning solutions in Italy. You will support project management, internal/external communications, and coaching to enhance product quality for schools and teachers.

Description du poste

Responsibilities: - Content Creation: Collate and summarize information for use in developing content and write first drafts of straightforward content for print or websites. - Design and Conceptualization: Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design. - External Communications: Use the external communications system to access and supply specific information. - Brand Strategy and Effectiveness: Recognize the role of brand guidelines in protecting the brand, carry out brand management tasks, and provide support to others. - Project Management: Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities. - Product/Service Development: Conduct testing of new products/services to assess against defined features, functionality, and/or impact. - Product and Solution Development: Support others by carrying out a range of product development and engineering activities, such as analyzing client situations or interpreting data. - Data-Driven Product and Service Improvement: Support less complex parts of data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for product/service improvement. - Coaching: Conduct routine coaching operations, including minor skills gap analysis and preliminary feedback sessions to employees. - Needs Assessment: Collect information to gain a better understanding of routine procedural queries. - Internal Communications: Use the internal communications system to access specific information. - Operational Compliance: Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure. - Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
