Your role

We’re looking for a talented and curious Concept Designer to join our innovation team at the forefront of eyewear design. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with both our in-house Design Studio and R&D Department, contributing to the development of future-forward product concepts for industry-leading eyewear brands.
You’ll work on both house brands (such as Ray-Ban and Oliver Peoples) and licensed luxury brands (including Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Burberry, and more), helping shape what’s next in the world of eyewear.

Main responsibilities

• Translate ideas into compelling 2D and 3D sketches and product concept presentations
• Collaborate across design, R&D, and brand teams to explore innovative solutions
• Contribute to the early stages of product development, from trend analysis to prototyping

Main requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Design or Design Engineering
• Strong sketching and visualization skills (2D and 3D)
• A passion for innovation, fashion, and technology
• Fluency in English
• A portfolio that shows curiosity, creativity, and a feel for product storytelling
