Job Opportunity: Compliance Specialist

Location: Teramo, Italy

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist for an Italian leader in IT & Infrastructure Services for Consumer, Enterprise, and Business sectors. The selected candidate will join our client's Compliance Department and will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining functions and processes related to Compliance Assurance, Internal Control, and Risk Management.

Responsibilities

1. Implement and monitor compliance functions and processes.
2. Maintain documentation and produce reports on compliance activities.
3. Analyze, monitor, and map organizational models and processes.
4. Ensure adherence to regulations such as MOGC 231 and other compliance standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Law.
• Previous experience in compliance within structured companies.
• Knowledge of organizational models and processes.
• Familiarity with MOGC 231 and regulatory compliance topics.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken, at least B2 level).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Offer

The position offers direct employment with one of the client's locations. The work mode is predominantly remote, with occasional travel. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
