We are seeking a Compliance Specialist for a leading Italian company in IT & Infrastructure Services, serving Consumer, Enterprise, and Business sectors.

The selected candidate will join the Compliance Department and will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining functions and processes related to Compliance Assurance, Internal Control, and Risk Management.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Law
2. Previous experience in Compliance within structured companies
3. Skills in analyzing, monitoring, and mapping organizational models and processes
4. Knowledge of “MOGC 231” and/or Regulatory and Compliance Standing
5. Ability to produce reports and update documentation
6. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at least at B2 level
7. Analytical and organizational skills
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Offer:

The position offers direct employment with one of the client's locations. The work mode is primarily remote, with occasional travel required. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
