Position Overview

We are seeking a candidate for a leading Italian IT & Infrastructure Services company, specializing in Consumer, Enterprise, and Business sectors. The selected individual will join the Compliance Department and will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining functions and processes related to Compliance Assurance, Internal Control, and Risk Management.

Qualifications

1. Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Law;
2. Previous experience in Compliance within structured companies;
3. Skills in analyzing, monitoring, and mapping organizational models and processes;
4. Knowledge of the 'MOGC 231' and/or 'Regulatory and Compliance Standing' topics;
5. Ability to produce reports and update documentation;
6. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level);
7. Analytical and organizational skills;
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Offer

Direct employment with one of the client's locations. The work mode is predominantly remote, with occasional travel. Compensation and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
