The role offers remote work with occasional travel, and responsibilities include monitoring compliance processes, risk management, and document updates. Candidates should hold a degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Law and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Competenze

• Previous experience in Compliance within structured companies.
• Knowledge of MOGC 231 and/or Regulatory and Compliance Standing topics.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at least at B2 level.

Mansioni

• Implementing, monitoring, and maintaining functions related to Compliance Assurance.

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist for a leading Italian company in IT & Infrastructure Services for Consumer, Enterprise, and Business sectors.

The selected candidate will be integrated into the Compliance Department of our client and will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining functions and processes related to Compliance Assurance, Internal Control, and Risk Management .

Qualifications :

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Law
• Previous experience in Compliance within structured companies
• Skills in analyzing, monitoring, and mapping organizational models and processes
• Knowledge of MOGC 231 and / or Regulatory and Compliance Standing topics
• Ability to produce reports and update documentation
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at least at B2 level
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Offer :

Direct employment with the client's offices. The work mode is predominantly remote, with occasional travel. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
