Job Opportunity: Compliance Specialist

Location: Bologna, Italy

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist for a leading Italian company in IT & Infrastructure Services for Consumer, Enterprise, and Business sectors. The selected candidate will join the Compliance Department and will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining functions and processes related to Compliance Assurance, Internal Control, and Risk Management.

Responsibilities:

1. Implementing and maintaining compliance processes and controls.
2. Monitoring organizational models and processes.
3. Producing reports and updating documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Law.
• Previous experience in compliance within structured companies.
• Skills in analyzing, monitoring, and mapping organizational models and processes.
• Knowledge of MOGC 231 and/or Regulatory and Compliance Standing topics.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken, at least B2 level).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Offer:

Direct employment in one of the client's locations. The work mode is primarily remote, with occasional travel. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
