Job Opportunity: Compliance Specialist

Location: Bergamo, Italy

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist for a leading Italian company in IT & Infrastructure Services for Consumer, Enterprise, and Business sectors. The selected candidate will join our Client's Compliance Department and will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining functions and processes related to Compliance Assurance, Internal Control, and Risk Management.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and monitor compliance processes and controls.
  2. Maintain documentation and produce reports.
  3. Analyze and map organizational models and processes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Law.
  • Previous experience in compliance within structured companies.
  • Knowledge of organizational models and processes, including MOGC 231 and Regulatory Compliance topics.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken, at least B2 level).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
Offer:

Direct employment at the client's office. The work mode is predominantly remote, with occasional travel. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
