Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Group General Counsel & Board Secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring business integrity, regulatory compliance, internal regulation governance, and monitoring group risks through specific controls. You will ensure adherence to external regulations and internal policies, including the SOX Act compliance framework, and report to relevant bodies such as the Audit Committee on compliance matters.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage compliance policies, including the Code of Ethics, Anti-Trust Policy, Insider Trading Policy, and misconduct reporting, fostering an ethical culture.
  • Assist in drafting and updating policies and ensure effective cascading and training processes.
  • Supervise the implementation of policies and controls.
  • Implement Delegation of Authorities and Powers of Attorney, liaising with HR and organizational units.
  • Coordinate with compliance to ensure consistency between Board resolutions, delegations, and PoAs.
  • Monitor group exposure to compliance risks and support the development of tools and programs.
  • Conduct local assessments on the implementation of compliance policies.
Who You Are

You are a graduate in Law or a related field and possess:

  • Hands-on experience with reporting operations and procedures.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
