Your Opportunity

As Compliance Manager, you will report to the CFO. Your main goal is to define, implement, and enhance solutions to regulatory changes or challenges.

You will be responsible for assessing and monitoring all compliance and regulatory risks that Gianni Versace is potentially exposed to, and for ensuring the implementation of compliance actions needed to mitigate such risks. You will also support business owners in understanding regulations and help improve overall compliance across functions.

Your Contribution
  • Coordinate bi-annual Corporate Steering Committee and quarterly Regional Compliance Working Group meetings.
  • Review compliance risk assessments periodically with management across regions and operations.
  • Design, review, and implement company processes and policies to manage compliance risks, maintaining standards and procedures for the organization’s compliance program.
  • Support third-party due diligence during onboarding and accreditation, focusing on vendors of Industrial Operations, and maintain a vendor risk management system.
  • Coordinate waste management outsourcing and collaborate with the L&D Department to organize and deliver compliance training for employees.
  • Design an annual compliance program and advise top management, managers, and employees on compliance risks.
  • Assist employees in managing Gifts Giving and Receiving policies and maintain a register of gifts received.
  • Collaborate with Capri Loss Prevention, Capri HSE / Versace Sustainability, Product Compliance Legal, and Internal Audit on joint projects and attend related committees.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to Compliance Committees, Internal Audit, Supervisory Body (OdV), and Statutory Auditors on compliance risks.
Your Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Law, Economy, or Management.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in the compliance department of a manufacturing company.
  • Knowledge of global compliance matters and regulations.
  • Experience managing social compliance projects.
  • Proficiency in compliance risk indicators, reporting, and procedure drafting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
  • Strong project management, analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a multinational group listed on a stock exchange is highly recommended.
