Mission

The structure is responsible for advising the Bank functions and UC S.p.A. on market integrity regulatory requirements and Conduct Risk, including regulations on Market Abuse, Short Selling, EMIR, SFTR, CSDR, MIFIR (particularly OTC Business, Transaction Reporting, Post Trade Transparency, Order Registry for Group Client Solutions), MIFID, PRIIPS, Fund Management, Bancassurance, and European regulations related to banking products and services, especially regarding new products, processes, business initiatives, and transactions. It also sets rules of conduct, guidelines, and standards to be observed.

Responsibilities
  1. Provision of specialized advisory on Insurance regulatory risk to internal stakeholders in the business unit and across Group Legal Entities.
  2. Supporting management and Group Legal Entities in ensuring compliance with insurance internal and external regulations.
  3. Preparing and updating group rules and risk frameworks for insurance regulations and supporting their implementation.
  4. Managing regulatory developments and projects related to redesigning internal processes and procedures within the insurance regulatory environment.
  5. Supporting compliance with obligations towards Regulatory Authorities.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Economics or Law.
  • Solid experience in the insurance business and regulations (IDD, Solvency II, PRIIPs, etc.), preferably in legal, compliance, or control functions.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive, flexible, with good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to adapt mindset, openness to new challenges, and ability to handle cross-subject tasks.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to excel in all aspects of work.
