Job Purpose: To audit all daily income received by the hotel and ensure that all revenues such as Rooms, F&B, and others are correctly recognized and recorded in the General Ledger system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute Daily Revenue Reports to the Hotel & F&B management team.
  • Review all paid-outs, revenue adjustments, rebates, and allowances for reasonableness, proper approval, and supporting documentation; report deviations from hotel policies.
  • Review the Night Manager's report daily.
  • Explain variances in the guest in-house rate check report with the Front Office.
  • Ensure complimentary and house use rooms are supported with appropriate documentation.
  • Follow up on guests checked out with open paymaster accounts (Guest Ledger).
  • Monitor guests in-house with exceeded credit limits (High Balance Report).
  • Conduct periodic training for Front Office staff.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification or experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Prior experience as an Accounts Payable clerk or similar role.
  • Experience in Hospitality or luxury hotels preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English; French is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
