Ethics Risk & Compliance Manager (L7)

Scope of Responsibilities:

You will:

Take significant individual responsibility in assisting the Director of Competition Law with designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program. This includes handling issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management. Serve as one of Accenture's legal subject matter experts on competition laws by:

  • Providing advice to Accenture businesses and legal professionals regarding compliance with competition laws;
  • Designing tools, policies, and materials to enhance global compliance efforts; and
  • Developing and conducting training on competition law issues.

Collaborate with Legal M&A colleagues to identify, analyze, and mitigate antitrust issues, coordinate merger control filings globally, and assist in responding to government inquiries.

Qualifications:

Legal Qualifications:

  • Law degree;
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience as a competition lawyer;
