A leading industrial group is seeking a Compensation Specialist to join their HR team. In this role, you will support strategic guidelines for compensation policies, manage incentive processes, and contribute to annual reports. The ideal candidate has 3 – 4 years of experience in similar roles, is fluent in English, and is proficient in Microsoft Office tools. This position is based in Monza, Italy, and requires an openness to change.

Overview

The company is a global leader in the transformation of natural resources, with a strong focus on downstream oil & gas engineering, supported by robust technological and execution capabilities. Maire is also actively engaged in green chemistry and in the development of technologies that support the energy transition.

We are currently seeking a Compensation Specialist to join our HR team and support the Group Compensation Coordinator in defining and implementing strategic and operational compensation guidelines across all Group companies.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of strategic guidelines and initiatives related to the Group’s Compensation and Incentive Policies, particularly for Top Management;
  • Conduct analysis on remuneration and incentive policies across all Group companies, ensuring consistency and alignment of processes;
  • Manage the incentive process in collaboration with local HR departments;
  • Assist in the administration of long-term incentive plans, including equity-based schemes such as Share Ownership Plans;
  • Contribute to the preparation of the annual “Report on Remuneration Policy and Fees Paid” and support the creation of materials for Remuneration Committee meetings.
Qualifications
  • 3 – 4 years of experience in similar roles within structured and international environments;
  • Previous experience in listed companies is considered a plus;
  • Flexible mindset and openness to change;
  • Strong communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
