Within the Compensation & Benefits area of our parent company, we seek to develop flexible and innovative total reward plans that are balanced and sustainable, capable of engaging, motivating, and improving the performance of our Group's personnel across various companies and sectors.

Your role will be pivotal in developing remuneration policies, designing short and long-term incentive systems aligned with current regulations, corporate strategies, values, industry best practices, and ensuring their effective implementation across the group.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Developing Group remuneration policies and coordinating the annual update process;
2. Updating internal regulations regarding compensation at both group and individual company levels;
3. Designing and implementing short and long-term incentive systems for Group companies;
4. Managing the identification process of key personnel at group and bank levels;
5. Serving as a reference point for interpretation of regulations and remuneration policies to support decision-making processes;
6. Deploying compensation processes (salary review, incentives) and coordinating group-wide processes;
7. Conducting benchmarking analyses to compare our reward system with industry peers;
8. Preparing documentation for committees and boards;
9. Providing periodic reports for management and regulatory reporting.

Join us if you have at least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within companies—preferably listed—in the financial or insurance sector, and are eager to influence the design and management of incentive systems, performance reviews, and compensation benchmarking.

Join us if you possess a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to the banking and investment sectors (e.g., Bank of Italy Circular 285, EBA, CRD), and have strong relational, analytical, problem-solving skills, operational autonomy, and results orientation.

Contract: Permanent, under the CCNL Credito.
