Your role will be pivotal in developing remuneration policies, designing short and long-term incentive systems aligned with current regulations, corporate strategies, values, industry best practices, and ensuring their effective implementation across the group.
Main responsibilities include:
Join us if you have at least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within companies—preferably listed—in the financial or insurance sector, and are eager to influence the design and management of incentive systems, performance reviews, and compensation benchmarking.
Join us if you possess a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to the banking and investment sectors (e.g., Bank of Italy Circular 285, EBA, CRD), and have strong relational, analytical, problem-solving skills, operational autonomy, and results orientation.
